It's a pretty simple question. Who originally inspired you to make videos? For me it was probably when I joined Tiger Claw forums and started hanging with all of you. Which I guess began with G@DB that one faithful day when I found their Sega Saturn video. How about you all?

I remember people talking about The Angry Nintendo Nerd on Gamefaqs.com, but I had dial up at the time so I knew YouTube would not work. Downloading youtube videos was much more complex in those days, but after a lot of research, I finally got ahold of one of the original AVGN series. So it was the same for me as it was for a lot of people on YouTube in those days.

This was the video that did it:

For me it was after watching the Chrontendo series by Dr Sparkle, I got really into the informative style reviews and looking at obscure Famicom games. More recently guys like Jeremy Parish and Leftover Culture review really inspire me to make videos, especially on less popular titles that dont get much love.

TigerClawTV, AVGN, SpoonyOne(WAY back when he was good) and some others (some RPG related channels). IT has been quite a ride sofar, altough I have been on somewhat of a break. Still I want to get back into making video on the regular, so we shall see.

Spoony crashed and burned so hard that it's easy to forget he was on the forefront of video production in his day.

Sucks what happened to Spoony. Now he's just regulated to making incomplete Let's Plays that are incrediblly dry and dull these days.

For me it was a guy named John who made a TV-esk show but on the internet! The show is called Video Masters TV and is one of the very few channels that I have been watching since I started doing youtube back in 2006.  You can see my inspiration from this channel by watching Kaisercade.
