Lite Studios Red-Diamond (Cendoo)
This was the most successful topic on the old forums so, why not bring it back? Just a place to share your current gaming activities, I'll start. Lately I've been messing with my new gaming PC, but I've also loaded up my Yakuza 0 file from a year ago, gotta say the game is deep. What I find amazing is it has side minigames/quests that are engaging enough to have been their own full fledged games on older generations like Pocket Circuit racing

Ive been playing Al Qadim the Genies curse and old favorite of mine. It is set in a Arabian Nights setting and plays like a Zeldaesque Action Adventure. Can only recommend!

For better or for worse my game time has been consumed recently by watching "Stranger Things" on Netflix.  However, if I was freed from the grasp of an addicting TV show I'd like to be playing "Stardew Valley" for the Nintendo Switch or some of my NES games.

I just finished a long game yesterday using the Nautilus Pirates faction from the expansion. I went for the conquest victory, having the two alien factions, and a mix of the vanilla and expansion factions. It made for an interesting game, as the pirates can make ships and water bases from the start, that give them an edge, but the aliens are just general over powered (which is okay since you are supposed to use get allies to fight them or ally yourself with one of them). Its a fun game for sure.

Just got Shenmue HD remastered exactly 2 hours and 23 minutes ago and am loving it.

Here is what my feast was 30 minutes before the HD remaster was released at 9PM PST on August 20th 2018.

And here it was after I filled my stomach up in preparation for the greatness that was Shenmue HD 48 seconds before it launched.

Am only 2 hours in so far and am loving it so far. Love the way it looks and am glad to finally be able to play these games in high definition. Definitely an improvement over the Dreamcast version so far and still have the rest of the night to toy away at this. Not getting any sleep tonight.

It seems only fitting to have a Dreamcast in the photo. 😃 Nice!
Is it hooked up?  Play much on it?

It sure is. Tricked out with VGA since I want the best picture quality. Play it sometimes. Played through Shenmue 1 in English and the Japanese versions of Shenmue 1 & 2 before this HD collection was announced.

Also played the tar out of Jet Set Radio and Skies of Arcadia earlier this year.

Well, back on topic I've been playing this free game online.  It was previously a game made through the Ludum Dare challenge.

It's called Cardhoard.  It's a surprisingly fun puzzle platformer.  I recommend setting up a controller for it, use either joy2key if you have Windows or QJoyPad for my Linux peps.

You can check it out here.

My current high score is 24540.

I checked out Cardhoard. Very charming game. Haven't played at a ton yet though.
